Michael Hellbusch excels in several areas of law including cyber law, data security, and privacy issues. He has a broad range of experience both as a transactional lawyer and as a litigator. He focuses his practice on brand and reputation protection for clients in the online atmosphere.

Edson McClellan has over 20 years of experience representing companies in high-stakes civil litigation and employment matters. He has significant experience in cases involving theft of company trade secrets, employee raiding, noncompetition agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, and contract disputes.
