Jon Leibowitz
Former Davis & Polk Partner, Former Chairman of FTC

Mr. Leibowitz is a former partner to Davis Polk’s Washington DC and New York offices. His practice focused on the complex antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as government and private antitrust investigations and litigation. He also provides counsel in the developing area of privacy law and with respect to advocacy involving Congress. Mr. Leibowitz was Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission from 2009 through 2013, and was noted for his bipartisanship. He served as a Commissioner from 2004 to 2009. While at the FTC, his priorities included health care and high-tech competition.

David Walton is a Partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Dave focuses his practice on trade secrets, restrictive covenants and employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on using legal innovation and evolving technologies to help achieve clients’ desired outcomes and enhance the delivery of services. He brings deep experience in labor and employment law, trade secrets, electronic discovery, privacy, data security and computer forensics to clients’ issues. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Dave frequently writes and speaks on legal technology, digital forensics, cyber law, e-discovery and employment litigation. Dave recently obtained a Certification in Data Analytics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 
Reena Bajowala

Reena R. Bajowala has deep experience with data security, privacy, artificial intelligence, and information technology issues. She is a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), a Certified Information Privacy Professional – US (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). Through a competitive process, she was selected as a 2021-2023 Fellow of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section with the Cyberspace Law Subcommittee. She serves on the Steering Committee of the U.S. Secret Service’s Chicago Cyber Fraud Task Force. Reena also helps companies stand up artificial intelligence governance programs, including creating policies, procedures, and trainings associated with a defensible compliance program. She also assists companies evaluate the risks associated with emerging technologies.
Dan Clarke

Dan is a former Intel executive with many leadership roles who was pulled into the privacy space after a call from Intel about 5 years ago with GDPR on the horizon. Dan’s perspective comes from operating the Truyo platform which automates compliance for companies dealing with current and emerging privacy laws and he is now immersed in the space, involved in Arizona, Texas and federal privacy legislation.
