Truyo's AI Framework Assessment allows users to enter a series of website URLs that will be scanned for AI usage. The list is remembered by Truyo for later scans that can be scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Truyo’s QuikLink connectors integrate with your structured repository systems (CRMS, SQLS databases, etc) to scan them for AI usage by scanning for data fields and metadata that reference AI and scanning structured content to see if it was generated by AI (may require a separate subscription).

We utilize an Egnyte connector to scan your unstructured data repositories that may house AI data. Scan internal and external unstructured data repositories for sensitive AI-related references against your organizational policy. Truyo provides a flexible but pre-configured policy that can include geographic parameters and can include multiple variables and multiple policies.

This tool uses Truyo technology to survey employees about their AI usage. It can leverage either the email service provided by Truyo (Brevo) or your own system (SMTP Gateway). Like scans, answers from company-wide assessments can be linked to questions in the AI assessment as the output of the survey will be a dictionary. Truyo consolidates the answers and identifies the highest risks. Employee surveys can be put on a survey schedule with reminders.

Much like the employee survey, you can use Truyo’s existing email system or your organization’s SMTP to survey vendors with whom you share data. You'll be able to leverage secure communications, utilize a vendor portal for survey management, schedule reminders/notifications, report on surveys, and employ vendor attestations.

Our AI Risk Assessment Tool will also scan your organization’s email server for references to AI usage that could pose potential risks. We identify communications within your organization where AI usage is referenced. Email scanning looks for the passing of API keys, discussions of AI models, references to AI providers, and more.
